Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

Scope and Provider
(1) These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&Cs") govern all contracts between you as the customer and the company ColorfulWigs (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") regarding the purchase of products. The T&Cs apply in their version valid at the time of the order.

(2) Deviating or additional terms and conditions of the customer do not apply unless the Provider has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

(3) The T&Cs apply to the sale of the following products:

  • Real hair wefts
  • Wigs
  • Bundles, closures, and lace frontals made from high-quality materials (Raw Hair and Virgin Hair)

(4) The Provider's offer is directed at both consumers and entrepreneurs. Consumers within the meaning of these T&Cs are natural persons who conclude a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither part of their commercial nor independent professional activity. Entrepreneurs are natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who act in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

(5) Communication between the Provider and the customer can be conducted in German, English, or French.

Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online store is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

(2) By clicking the "Buy" button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The Provider accepts this offer by sending you an order confirmation via email or by shipping the ordered products.

(3) The contract text is stored after the order is completed. You can view the order details and the T&Cs in your customer account or retrieve them via the order confirmation.

Prices and Payment Terms
(1) The prices quoted are final prices in euros and include the statutory VAT unless otherwise stated.

(2) In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply. These will be specified separately during the ordering process.

(3) Payment can be made via Klarna, credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods specified in the store.

(4) The Provider reserves the right to conduct credit checks when selecting certain payment methods and to make the acceptance of the order dependent on the result of the credit check.

Delivery and Shipping
(1) Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer or, to avoid loss or theft, to a parcel shop near your location.

(2) Delivery times are as follows:

  • In-stock products: 3-7 business days
  • Custom-made products: 10-21 business days

(3) Shipping costs:

  • Within Germany: €5.99 (up to 2 kg)
  • Within the EU: €18.00 (up to 5 kg)

(4) The Provider is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or external factors such as postal delays.

Right of Withdrawal and Return
(1) Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Details can be found in the withdrawal instructions on the website.

(2) For a return, a fully completed return form must be included. You can download it via the following link: Return Form.

Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the Provider until full payment is made.

Liability and Warranty
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.

(2) The Provider is not liable for damages caused by improper handling or care of the products.

Final Provisions
(1) Contracts between the Provider and the customer are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Sales Convention.

(2) Should any provisions of these T&Cs be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

(3) The Provider reserves the right to change these T&Cs at any time. Changes do not apply to contracts already concluded.
