Refund policy

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, we require the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and provide a prompt solution.

To initiate a return, please fill out our return form.
This form must be fully completed and included in the return package, as returns without this form will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
If we accept your return, we will refund all payments we received from you, including shipping costs (excluding additional costs incurred by choosing a delivery method other than our standard delivery). Refunds will be processed promptly and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned item or you provide proof of return shipment – whichever is earlier.

We will use the same payment method for your refund that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged fees for the refund.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return for the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the desired item in a separate transaction.
